How do I schedule an appointment, and what are your office hours?

You can schedule appointments online through our website, by calling (402) 388-4564, or by visiting our office. We're open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Same-day appointments are available for urgent concerns.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records from previous providers, and a list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual consultations?

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services for follow-up visits, medication management, mental health counseling, and minor acute concerns. Virtual visits are conducted through our encrypted video platform and are available to patients in Nebraska.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee. You can cancel or reschedule by calling us or through your patient portal.

How do I access my medical records and test results?

Through our secure patient portal, you can view your medical records, lab results, imaging reports, and vaccination history 24/7. You'll receive login credentials after your first visit. You can also request records be sent to other providers directly through the portal.

Do you provide services for children and adolescents?

Absolutely! Our family medicine practice provides comprehensive pediatric care from infancy through adolescence, including well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, developmental screenings, and treatment for childhood illnesses. We create a welcoming, child-friendly environment.
